Last week’s menu planning went pretty well but there were a few hitches. I only had to run out to the store once after Monday to pick something and that was only because we had friends over for a second time, which I had only planned on having friends over once so we had to get more shrimp for the shrimp tacos. I was also pretty sick with a cold so on Wednesday and Thursday we ended up picking up food instead of cooking! But that’s okay!
Here is my plans for this week:
Monday: Baked Chicken Parmesan from Skinny Taste
Tuesday and Wednesday: my husband has work dinners both of these nights so I will probably just make something easy for myself like pasta with sauce from a jar or pick up salad works or something.
Thursday: Chick Taco Chile also from Skinny Taste
Friday: date night!! We found a babysitter and she is free on Friday so we’re going to have a date night! Our first one with a babysitter that isn’t one of our moms.
And that’s my plan for the week!
