Holy cow, I’m going to do something new and different. I am linking up with Jacquelyn and Kaara for the September Move it Challenge! This means I have to post about and be accountable for, working out this month! Oh boy!
1. Tell us about yourself! Your name, age, body stats (if ya want).
I am Rachel and I have a 1 year old son. I am 31 years old. So my body stats… weight isn’t the concern for me its the belly jiggle leftover from being pregnant and the fact that I am just plain out of shape. Like, I get tired walking up a hill out of shape.
2. What is your problem area?
Belly and sides! Also, I would like to tone up my butt and legs, and add some muscle to my weak arms. My son is about 20 pounds now but he will just keep getting bigger so I need to get stronger!
3. Do you have a September goal? Share!
Going to the gym 3 times a week is my goal!
4. We’re all about self-love! What is your favorite body part?
ummm, my eyes! (is that a “part”?) If not then my shoulders and across that area, whatever its called…decolletage?
5. And while we’re loving ourselves… what is your favorite thing about you?
I like to think I am a good mom and wife and I am (usually) very patient. I am nice and try to see the good in people.
6. What is your health goal?
Juuuust kidding!
I want to be fit and tone and in shape! I don’t want to lose weight, I just want to feel good and look good! That’s not too much to ask, right?!
My fitness plan this week:
I’ll start with today since Monday and Tuesday are past and I didn’t do anything those days.
Wednesday: go to the gym, 30 min cardio + abs workout + leg weights
Thursday: break- fantasy football draft night!
Friday: break, maybe go to gym
Weekend: try to go to the gym at least once
As you can see, I like to start off slow!
