Well here we are in week 2 of the Move It challenge and I have literally done no moving it since I posted last week! I had a plan, but I then got a headache for three days in a row, then it was the weekend etc etc etc. Headaches are just NOT good to work out with! I had the goal of going to the gym 3 times last week and I went zero times. That’s pretty bad. Although I did get a little bit of a workout pushing the stroller around the car show we went to on Sunday. It was grassy and very hilly. So that counts for something, right?

What is your go to pump it up song right now?
I don’t really have a special playlist when I work out, I usually just watch TV on the machines and then listen to the music playing in the gym when I do weights and stuff. When I used to run outside I would listen to music but I would always catch myself singing out loud or trying to dance while I ran!
Favorite post workout snack/meal?
Anything! I get hungry when I work out and usually I work out right before dinner so I am just eating dinner right after!
Favorite pre workout snack/meal?
A granola bar and some water!
