Although I have a gym membership, there are some days when I really wish there were other classes being offered. I have been wanted to get more into yoga, and my gym only offers it twice a week, during dinner time, which just isn’t always to most convenient! Something I’ve been wanting to try out is doing some at home workout videos. I think some days it would just be easier to stay in and do a workout at home, especially when it’s freezing with wind chills outside!
So, my challenge this week is to try out at least 2 new (new to me) workout videos online! I don’t plan to abandon my existing workout schedule, just to add these in as extra “at home” workouts!
The first video I plan to try is the Jillian Michaels: Yoga Meltdown Level 1. I, obviously, have never done a Jillian Michaels workout, but I have heard they are awesome so I am looking forward to trying it!
The second video I’m going to try this week is still up in the air and I am open to suggestions! What’s your favorite (free) online yoga video? I’d love to hear some of your favorites and find something new to try out!
