Over Easter weekend we took the train to Paris for a nice long weekend trip! We hit most of the “big” sites, ate all the croissants and walked around a ton. Of course I will have some more detailed travel posts about Paris over the next few weeks or so, but since it’s Friday I just thought I’d kick it off with some snapshots from our trip!
Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t cooperative the whole time (don’t those clouds know I need clear skies for the best photo lighting?!) but we only got caught in a downpour once!
One of the views from the boat tour we did on the Seine!
Pointing out some artwork in the Louvre (post nap)!
A sunny and cool day at Notre Dame cathedral! We did go inside, but did not walk the steps to the top. We didn’t think it would be a great idea with Carter to walk the almost 400 steps!
All our feet in the center of Paris! Right in front of Notre Dame is the center stone!
Stayed tuned for more Paris travel information coming up on the blog!

*gasp* How exciting! I've always wanted to visit Paris. Even with a cloudy day, the photos are beautiful. 🙂
Glad you had fun!:) In Spring the weather is often like this, in one day it can be sunny, then cloudy, then rain, then hail and then be sunny again! 😉
Memories of Paris are dear to my heart. The City of Light. "At least we had Paris."

SO much fun! When Audrey said, "Paris is always a good idea," truer words were never spoken.
