Olympics Themed Fruit Salad

Olympics Themed Fruit Salad is a healthy snack to make together with your kids for the Olympics!

I’m gearing up for the Olympics opening ceremony in a few weeks and decided an Olympics themed snack would the perfect way to prepare! This fruit salad uses five fruits to represent the five colors of the Olympic Rings, plus a bonus fruit cut like flames from the torch! Fresh fruit salad is perfect for summer, and the light dressing adds a bit of sweetness for a yummy snack or dessert.

Your Mini Chef can easily help with all the steps of this recipe! Cut up the strawberries, bananas and kiwi. Add them with the other berries to a medium mixing bowl.

Make the dressing by whisking the honey and lime juice together. Pour over fruit salad.
