Another fun peach recipe to make with your mini chef for summer!
This week for mini chef Mondays we’re continuing using up our peaches with another peach recipe! We whipped up this easy and refreshing mocktail that’s perfect for kids! One of my favorite cocktails is a nice cool Bellini, so I thought why not make a kid friendly version with some of the fresh peaches we had leftover from peach picking?!
Wash the peaches well and slice them up. You can peel them first if you desire. Blend peaches in a blender or food processor to make a puree. You can add a splash of water or juice to help the blender get going. You don’t need to add sugar or anything else to the puree.
Pour or scoop a little bit of puree into each glass. Top with sparkling apple cider, carefully pouring so it doesn’t fizz up too much. Garnish with peach slices if you want a little something extra!
Yum!
