Boozy gummy bears are a fun little addition to any party! Since my original homemade boozy gummy bears recipe was a hit, I wanted to branch out a little and make some more specialized gummies! First up are my pear martini boozy gummy bears.
Homemade Pear Martini Boozy Gummy Bears
Pear can be a tricky flavor in recipes. It’s pretty mild and even when things are pear flavored it can be hard to tell. These gummy bears are best when you use pear flavored vodka, which really helps make the flavor pop. Otherwise you just get a nice boozy gummy, but he pear flavor will be mild.
Boozy gummy bears are easy to make, but they do take a little more prep time than my basic, regular jello shots. You have to watch the liquid so it doesn’t boil and cook all the alcohol out! Even though they’re cooked, there is still alcohol in these so make sure your gummy bears are only going to those 21+! Give yourself about 10-15 minutes to cook and prepare the gummy bears into the molds plus about three hours to set in the fridge.
I found pear nectar in the Goya section of my grocery store. *These gummy bears are a little firmer than my others. If you prefer a more "wobbly" gummy bear add a dash extra of liquid. Just don't add too much extra or they will be more like jello than gummies!
