These Arendelle Lemonade jello shots are made with same flavors as the frozen version at Epcot!
Welcome back to my Jello Shots Around the World series! This series showcases different shots inspired by the drinks found at Epcot’s World Showcase. I am challenging my self to make a jello shot for each country in the showcase.
These shots might not be perfect replicas of the drinks I chose, but they are all inspired by drinks from Epcot. I try to stick to the original flavors and spirit of the drinks as much as possible! First, we started in Mexico wtih Fiesta Margarita shots. Now it’s time to move on to the next country in the World Showcase!
Jello Shots Around the World: Arendelle Lemonade
The next stop in the showcase is Norway! This one was actually kind of a challenge to come up with because there aren’t a lot of specifically themed cocktails served at the Norway pavillion. So I had to stretch a little, but I still think these shots go with the Norway theme! Even though the Arendelle Lemonade is typically found in the America pavillion, I thought it was better themed for Norway! I also wanted to do something with Frozen because that’s one of the main attractions for that pavillion, so Arendelle Lemonade fits the bill!
Arendelle Aqua lemonade at the park is a combination of frozen lemonade, cotton candy flavoring and berry moonshine. Now, berry moonshine isn’t something that’s always easy to find (or cost effective) and I wouldn’t use it for any other recipes, so I went ahead and used mixed berry vodka instead. It still goes with the spirit of the drink’s flavors and vodka is good liquor for jello shots.
For the cotton candy aspect I actually found cotton candy jello! (affiliate link) You can order it on amazon in packs of three. If you can’t find it, try using berry blue jello and adding a teaspoon of cotton candy flavoring. You can easily find this kind of flavoring at craft stores, amazon and Walmart.
How to make Frozen Arendelle Lemonade Jello Shots
This recipe make double the amount of my normal shot recipes because the cotton candy jello is only sold in the 6oz boxes. You will get between 20-24 shots depending on how full you make them!Frozen Arendele Lemonade Jello Shots
