Welcome to My Mini Adventurer!
I’m Rachel, welcome to my blog! I grew up in Orlando, Florida and went to college at the University of Florida (go Gators!), where I met my husband. From there we have lived in many different places: Philadelphia, Switzerland and the Boston suburbs just to name a few! We’ve now come full circle to settle back in the Orlando area with our family!
I am a stay-at-home mom to two mini adventurers Carter and Riley. When I’m not online I can be found exploring the world with my family! On the weekends we love to go on day trips to see new places! I also enjoy cooking and hosting, holidays and a great glass of wine!
On My Mini Adventurer you will find kid friendly recipes and activities as well as travel tips for you and your family. My Mini Adventurer is about the adventures we have together! I also feature a variety of entertaining recipes including my popular jello shots!
