A few years ago my sister shared her thoughts on starting Whole 30 in this post. Her and her husband are pescatarians, so they did their Whole 30 journey with that in mind. Although, for personal reasons, she didn’t continue with Whole 30, we thought it would be a good idea to continue the series here on the blog for those who are interested in Whole 30 pescatarian information!
Whole 30 as a pescatarian can be a challenge, because so many of the main dish recipes are centered around meat.
