Days 1-6 of this challenge proved to be pretty easy! The downside of this is that I don’t have a full sized mirror to take pictures so I have been taking all of them in my bathroom! I will try to experiment with my camera timer in different areas of my house to see if I can get some nicer shots!
Day 1- I went with my dark jeans and chambray shirt. I have seen other people pair chambray shirts with jeans before but I have never tried it because I was so worried about the “jean on jean” look! But, I think it turned out ok!
Day 2- I wore my plain grey tshirt and my military jacket. I wish it was warmer as it’s May, but that just doesn’t seem to be the case here in Philly!
Day 3- jeans again! I planned to branch out a little more with my outfits but so far that hasn’t happened! Since I work from home it’s just been hard to motivate myself to dress in some of the fancier clothes since no one will see them!
Day 4- After I edited these pictures I realized they are actually out of order! Days 4 and 5 should be switched! I wore this outfit on Sunday (Day 5) for my friends’ birthday brunch! We went to a really yummy crepe place! I love these Portofino shirts from Express! (PS they are having a sale on them right know, just an FYI!)
Day 5 (4)- I wore this outfit on Saturday night going out to dinner with some friends! We went to a Mexican restaurant and they were doing a big Cinco de Mayo party in their outdoor seating area! I really love these mint skinnies but I always tend to pair them with this grey tank top! I need to branch out a little bit!
Day 6- It was chilly on Monday so I went with my long sleeve gingham shirt and jeans. (yes, jeans again) I promise I have other bottoms besides jeans, it just hasn’t been warm enough for my shorts or dresses yet!
My thoughts so far: I had planned to use this project to experiment a little with my style but so far that hasn’t happened! Hopefully I will be a little more daring and I think when it gets warmer I will have more variety to work with!
