I have been trying to write this post since 8:00. Sometimes having a toddler and writing a blog don’t mesh well! hah! Honestly, some days it takes me 5 hours to write a blog post because I can only write a little bit at a time! It’s always go go go with a toddler around! Anyway- its Friday!!! So, time for a little Friday Five fun!
1. When your fire pit is covered under feet of snow, it’s time to make some indoor s’mores! Nothing fancy, but I was excited to use the Hershey’s spread for a good reason! These are so easy to make and really good, too! Of course nothing beats a “real” s’more, but we can have fun trying!
2. I saw this in my Facebook feed today. At this point I’m just rolling my eyes at more snow. (I live in the 6 – 12 inches zone)
3. Did anyone else know the Oscars are this weekend? I had no idea until I saw it on someone’s blog today! I guess I am just out of touch or maybe the Olympics being on TV for two weeks threw everything off? I usually only watch for 30 minutes or so anyways, so it’s not like I am an avid follower of the Academy Awards. Do you watch the whole thing?
4. I am super jealous of my blogging friend Steph who is going to a wedding in sunny warm Mexico this weekend! She said we can follow her weekend in the sun on Instagram… maybe I’ll wait until summer to look at those pics!
5. Speaking of pics- I am going to participate in the Northeast Bloggers March photo-a-day challenge on instagram! Last time I tried to do one of these, I only made it about 5 days.
