Did I catch a niner in there?
Welcome to the Friday Five! Where you will be treated to five random rambles about my week, life and other randomness. As I am typing this there is a big creepy crawly bug on the ceiling in my bedroom. You know the kind with 500 of those long skinny legs? This is the stuff of nightmares for me folks, so I have to keep peeking at him out of the corner of my eye!
Anyways, on with the Five!
1. This week has been unusually long and slow and hard. My back has been killing me all week long (since last Friday actually), I’m thinking I pulled a muscle or something. And it hurts to move, breath, sit, stand etc. I’m guessing it’s about time to head to the doctor just to see whats up and make sure there isn’t something I can be doing to help it feel better!
2. This week Carter has taken up planking! He was leaning on my leg and I looked down and he had put his legs up on the table! Of course I had to grab my phone and snap a quick photo!
3. Sometimes I feel like I am in a never ending cleaning circle! As soon as I clean up, I turn around and there are toys everywhere again! My goal today is to get the house in a somewhat guest friendly status (like close friend guests, not the mayor)!
4. This week we got a shit-ton of rain. I really don’t know how else to say it. This is Carter’s water table, which was bone dry before the rain started and overflowing by the end of it! Our basement flooded a little, some friend’s basement flooded a lot and even some flooding in Philly caused people to lose their cars! It was so crazy!
5. Goat Races!!! The goat races are this weekend which is super exciting! It’s supposed to be warm this weekend, too! Can’t wait for some German food, and cute goats!
