Love it or hate it, candy corn is one of those things that everyone associates with fall! It’s actually one of my favorite Halloween candies, but I only buy it during Halloween time so I don’t go overboard. I thought this candy would be a fun inspiration for a fall Jello shot!
Regular candy corn doesn’t exactly have a big flavor to it besides sugar. So, for this shot I went with vanilla vodka to go with the sugar flavor in each layer. I went ahead and used candy corn colored Jello for the layers to give it a little extra flavor and fun colors to represent the candy corn layers.
Layered shots do take a little extra time than regular shots so be sure to account for that! I like to wait plenty of time between each layer so they have time to really set and not blend together. Having said that, you could easily make these shots in one day if you prepare! Even though it’s extra time, I think it’s worth it to get the fun layered look!
If you'd prefer more opaque shots try using coconut milk instead of water for all the layers! As an Amazon Associate and member of other affiliate programs, I earn from qualifying purchases.
